There classes teach you the foundation principles of Pilates like pelvic and shoulder stability, pelvic floor and transverses abdomens activation, as well as generally strengthening the core and the hip extensor (gluten and hamstrings) complex. The Fundamental matclasses is for anyone who does Pilates once a week for fun, general health or cross training.

This level is ideal for any healthy body who wants to do a great Pilates class but can only fit one class in a week. All participants who come into this class must have completed a concepts class or have previous Pilates experience, in order to feel strong and worked by the completion of the class.


45minute classes you can do in the privacy of your room
Mondays: 9:05am A Pilates Class for Strong Bones and for people with spinal problems:
Tuesdays: 7:00am A strong and flowing class for people with Pilates Experience
Wednesdays: 12:05pm A flowing Foundation Pilates Mat class for people with no or limited Pilates experience
